Position Overview:
As a Business Development Specialist at VoPro, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by identifying and acquiring new business leads within the UK and US markets. This position reports directly to the Senior Management Team and requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience with a proven track record in acquiring new customers. They should be highly proficient in English, both spoken and written and capable of working independently while being accountable for achieving results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential business leads and prospects within the UK and US markets through various channels, including, outbound calling, online research, industry events, and networking.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with high-level decision-makers within target organisations to understand their outsourcing needs and explore potential partnerships.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, demonstrating how our outsourcing solutions can meet their specific needs.
Sales Negotiation: Conduct effective negotiations to close deals and secure new business contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Goal Achievement: Work diligently to meet and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives, contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
Weekly Office Attendance: If working remotely, attend the office in Jalandhar once per week for team meetings and reporting to the Senior Management Team.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development and sales, with a proven track record in acquiring new customers.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
· Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
· Self-motivated, capable of working independently and meeting targets.
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
· Willingness to travel to the office in Jalandhar once per week (for remote workers).
